Security Officer Armed Field Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site guidelines; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the residential community, common areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor resident and visitor activity at entrances, gates, and roving posts, and report suspicious behavior, property concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate contacts; Support access control and community rules by verifying authorization when required, providing directions and assistance, and communicating clearly with residents, guests, and Allied Universal personnel
