Security Officer Roving Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location.; Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public spaces, entrances, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor flow, assisting with entry procedures, directional support, and reporting unauthorized or suspicious activity.; Support the protection of exhibits, property, and restricted areas by observing surroundings, following post instructions, and reporting maintenance, security-related, and/or operational issues promptly.
