Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including offices, lobbies, common areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify and report security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to follow site protocols for entry, badge presentation, and/or delivery coordination.; Support day-to-day operations by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
