Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public-facing location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior spaces, entry points, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor visitor and staff activity, assist with access control procedures, and communicate directions and site rules in a professional manner; Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of high-traffic areas, and reporting maintenance, life-related, and/or security-related issues as they arise
