The On-Foot Patrol Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within a commercial building property. This position requires a visible presence, strong attention to detail, and professional interaction with tenants, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the commercial property
- Monitor entrances, exits, and access control points
- Verify credentials and manage visitor entry procedures
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
- Write clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports
- Enforce property rules, safety policies, and company procedures
- Provide professional customer service to tenants and guests
- Coordinate with property management and CGSS supervisors as needed
- Valid Guard Card
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
