Position Title: Surveillance Operator

Position Summary: The Surveillance Operator is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Protect the property, money and reputation of the Wild Rose Casino and Resort
  
• Report any safety considerations to the appropriate authority
  
• Report any violations of the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission to Supervisor
  
• Observe the activities of guest and employees
• Communicate between all key people
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as based on business demands

Salary: Salary: $15.00 / per hour
