Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, assist with directions, and report maintenance, policy, and/or security-related issues.; Support loss prevention and incident reporting efforts by observing customer and employee activity, addressing policy violations when appropriate, and notifying local management and/or emergency services when needed.
