Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, riders, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or public agencies as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe public areas, and document security-related incidents, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to post orders and reporting procedures; Support orderly operations by providing directions, addressing routine questions, and assisting with crowd management during peak travel times, service disruptions, and/or special events
