    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.; Monitor entry points and assist with access control activities, including verifying credentials, directing visitors, and reporting unauthorized persons and/or suspicious behavior.; Support site operations by providing clear directions, assisting with customer inquiries, and communicating security-related information during routine activity and/or emergency situations.
