Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with store leadership and/or local authorities as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to deter theft, support loss prevention, and address suspicious behavior in accordance with site policies; Assist with opening and closing procedures, crowd management during busy periods, and direction of customers and/or deliveries while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
