Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor access control points and help to regulate entry and exit for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require follow-up; Verify identification, visitor sign-in, and/or credential checks while helping to support orderly movement throughout the location and maintaining accurate activity logs and reports
