    The Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, timely, and high-quality execution of daily operations by providing accurate information, clear instructions, and maintaining continuous communication with management, staff, and customers.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, dispatch, administration, or hospitality, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating daily operations effectively
    • Establish check-in times, organize schedules, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared
    • Maintain open communication with staff to ensure efficient operations
    • Pay close attention to special instructions and operational details
    • Monitor local events, road closures, and traffic conditions to prevent service disruptions
    • Coordinate lunch orders and admissions with vendors
    • Regularly update the reservations system
    Knowledge & Skills
    • Familiarity with local roads and landmarks
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions
    • Ability to build positive relationships with employees and customers in a professional and approachable manner
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, gather information, and draw valid conclusions
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Sound judgment and decision-making skills

    • Starting pay between $19.50-$25.00 per hour, with higher rates considered for highly qualified candidates
