Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification and authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas; Respond to incidents, visitor issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and/or unusual activity; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing conditions and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues as needed; Screen visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures, directing individuals to the appropriate point of contact while maintaining orderly access flow
