Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and public areas, verify authorized entry when required, and provide clear directions and assistance while following site instructions and post orders; Support daily operations by completing incident reports, communicating with supervisors and/or local contacts, and remaining prepared to follow established response procedures as conditions change
