Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones, with attention to unusual activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or other unwanted behavior through visible presence and professional interaction; Support store personnel with security-related concerns, provide directions and general assistance to customers, and complete assigned reports, logs, and/or incident documentation in a timely manner
