Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy cruise operations location; Screen passengers, visitors, crew members, personal items, and/or shipments entering designated areas using approved screening methods and equipment; Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting crowd management and orderly movement through screening areas; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with duties that may include terminal areas, boarding zones, and other restricted locations
