Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and security-related support activities at a technology-focused corporate location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry points, badge access activity, and visitor flow while following post orders and reporting policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters; Support Allied Universal and site leadership with detailed incident reports, shift activity logs, and clear communication during routine operations and/or unusual events
