Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points, badge activity, and visitor entry processes to help to deter unauthorized access and support established site protocols for restricted areas; Observe and report issues involving equipment areas, loading zones, and common spaces, and provide assistance with de-escalation, directions, and other security-related support as appropriate
