Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and observe visitor traffic, helping to support authorized entry procedures and directing individuals according to site protocols; Assist with de-escalation support during tense situations, provide clear directions during medical and/or facility-related events, and report hazards or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
