Job Description
As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Jacksonville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.31 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do:- Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and actions according to site protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.Monitor access points and assist with visitor and employee screening processes, helping to support authorized access and a professional environment.Assist with emergency and medical-related situations by communicating with site personnel and/or first responders and following post orders and location procedures. Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:
