Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.; Screen and verify individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal property entering the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed procedures.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas and the perimeter, while monitoring access points and helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited items.; Prepare clear, timely documentation of screening activity, incidents, and daily observations, while maintaining professional communication with staff and guests.
