The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of T-Mobile Center guests, employees, vendors, and assets through continuous patrol, observation, and documentation. This role serves as a primary point of contact for security-related issues andsupports incident prevention, response, and de-escalation efforts throughout the venue. Security Officers also provide customer service assistance and coordinate with local public safety agencies as needed to support the safety and security objectives of T-Mobile Center.
Security Officers are expected to demonstrate exemplary conduct, appearance, and professionalism while on duty. Officers must comply with departmental performance, conduct, and attendance standards and perform all duties calmly and efficiently, even in rapidly changing or high-pressure situations. Officers are expected to interact with guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner and comply with all legal, ethical, and operational directives provided by Security Supervisors or Security Management.
Some tasks may expose employees to hazardous chemicals. Employees are expected to follow all safety precautions and guidelines.
