    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, stairwells, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to control access, observe daily activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.; Support property operations by providing directions, assisting with routine inquiries, and reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or unusual conditions according to site procedures.
