Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with supervisors and/or local authorities as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, with working environments and conditions varying by site; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report unusual activity to help support site policies and daily operations; Assist with access control, observe surroundings for potential hazards or suspicious behavior, and complete routine reports related to patrols, incidents, and/or policy violations
