Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas, assisting with access control procedures, visitor processing, and/or verification of credentials in accordance with site protocols; Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and communicating clearly with the public, employees, and/or local authorities when appropriate
