Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with store leadership and emergency services when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor customer and employee activity, report suspicious behavior, and document incidents, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues according to site protocols; Support asset protection efforts by observing high-traffic areas, assisting with crowd flow during busy periods, and helping with closing and opening procedures as directed by site leadership
