Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or potential hazards; Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized access for employees, contractors, and/or visitors; Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and reporting maintenance, environmental, and/or security-related concerns to appropriate site personnel
