Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrance areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help identify and report suspicious behavior, unsecured access points, and/or policy violations.; Monitor access activity and visitor movement in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry procedures and document security-related incidents as needed.; Complete routine reports and maintain detailed activity logs related to patrols, incidents, and/or observed conditions, while supporting a professional presence throughout the location.
