    Senior Intelligence Analyst

    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA) providing intelligence oversight, guidance, and planning support to testing and training efforts as part of the acquisition life cycle (Acquisition Intelligence). Plans, directs, and manages the entire effort from identifying the requirement to delivery of a fused intelligence product to the consumer.

    DUTY 1: Serves as a senior Intelligence advisor and primary consultant on Acquisition Intelligence (testing and training). Leads a wide variety of complex and non-routine Acquisition Intelligence projects/programs/teams supporting STARCOM, SpOC, SSC, USSPACECOM, and DoD acquisition processes, programs, systems, and acquisition activities.

    DUTY 2: Provides Intelligence guidance, oversight, and advanced analytic support to DoD/USSF Acquisition & test/training programs, systems, and processes. Leads a wide variety of complex and non-routine analytic projects, programs, and operations in support of the testing/training/acquisition process.

    DUTY 3: Develops and presents ISR capabilities as related to intelligence test/training/acquisition and program/system development to a variety of senior level customers. Plans, directs, and manages the entire effort from identifying the need for information to guiding the delivery of a fused intelligence product to satisfy a consumer requirement.

    DUTY 4: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Selects or recommends selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignments in consideration of skills and qualifications, mission requirements, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and diversity objectives.
