Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site expectations.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access, and/or policy concerns.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and assist with visitor processing and directions while maintaining professional interactions.; Support Allied Universal standards by communicating clearly with site contacts and/or local responders when needed and completing assigned reports related to daily activities and incidents.
