Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, confirm identification and/or appointment details, and manage access in accordance with site protocols and front desk post instructions; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate; Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel; Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific policies, monitoring front desk activity, and supporting security-related procedures for employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location; Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional lobby environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns
