Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting conditions that could impact personnel, equipment, and/or operations.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and verify entry authorizations for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel in accordance with site protocols and regulatory requirements.; Support emergency and outage-related response efforts by assisting with site control, directing authorized personnel, and communicating with supervisors, local authorities, and/or site contacts as needed.
