    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors, public agency representatives, and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout transit property, buildings, parking areas, platforms, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, restricted areas, and public-facing spaces to help support authorized entry, assist with crowd and passenger flow, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior.; Support emergency and routine operations by preparing clear reports, maintaining awareness of post orders, and following location procedures for alarms, medical incidents, evacuations, and/or transportation-related disruptions.
