Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and emergency response communications in a professional manner; Monitor dispatch systems, radios, phones, cameras, and other technology platforms to receive reports, document activity, and route security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate field personnel, notify site contacts, and support timely communication during routine and urgent events; Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, sharing updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives as needed; Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer status, relaying assignments, and helping to coordinate coverage across the location and perimeter areas
