Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service within a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying visitors, directing foot traffic, and/or following site visitor management procedures; Support staff, patients, and visitors with routine assistance, information, and de-escalation during stressful situations while maintaining a professional presence
