Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and public-facing areas, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site contacts and/or local authorities regarding security-related concerns; Document routine activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or policy issues, and support orderly operations through clear communication and professional presence
