Dispatcher / Driver Manager
Location: Clovis, NM Shift: Thursday through Sunday, 4pm to 12am/1am Salary: $45K – $55K
Company Overview: Our client is a stable, well-established transportation company specializing in time-sensitive, food-grade liquid logistics across North America.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage a high-volume driver board (25+ drivers)
- Dispatch loads, coordinate schedules, and optimize routes
- Serve as the main point of contact for drivers
- Monitor performance metrics including on-time delivery and utilization
- Partner with internal teams to maintain efficient operations
What you'll need:
- Recent truckload dispatch experience in a high-volume environment
- Ability to manage 25+ drivers with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in specialized freight (tanker, hazmat, etc.) preferred
- AS400 experience is a plus
