Security Officer Access Control

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and maintain accurate access records to help support authorized community access.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with residents, property management, and/or public responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, property concerns, and other security-related matters.; Assist residents and guests with directions, visitor check-in questions, and community access procedures while reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or policy-related concerns through appropriate channels.
