Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas; Monitor entrances, exits, and/or designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor processing, and observe for unusual activity or policy violations; Assist with security-related requests from site personnel, provide directions and general assistance to visitors, and communicate clearly during routine operations and/or urgent situations
