Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or authorized personnel by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a government location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, process visitors, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel; Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including support during emergency response activities when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and report conditions that need attention; Maintain accurate logs, access records, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services as needed
