Dispatcher

Vaco has partnered with a Phoenix-based company seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate driver schedules and routes, ensuring efficient and on-time operations. This role works closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a fully onsite position, paying up to $26/hour based on experience. Schedule: Monday – Friday 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (8-hour shift) On-call rotation (every 3rd weekend) Responsibilities: Coordinate driver schedules and assign routes based on daily needs Act as the main point of contact for drivers, helping with directions, updates, and issues throughout the day Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep deliveries running smoothly Make real-time adjustments to schedules as things change Review driver paperwork and ensure compliance with safety and DOT guidelines Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery or service issues Provide status updates to customers and help manage expectations Requirements: 1+ year of dispatching experience 1+ year of customer service experience Basic knowledge of GPS and routing systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Ability to pass a drug screening Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
