Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor management and/or employee entry procedures; Support a professional environment by communicating with site personnel, assisting with directions and general questions, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues
