Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to support compliance with site policies for restricted or controlled areas; Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives regarding daily operations and security-related matters
