Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while documenting relevant details and communicating with appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.; Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or potential policy violations, helping to deter disruptions and supporting orderly operations.; Assist with access control, directional support, and public interaction while following post orders and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns.
