Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a transportation location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, lots, access points, loading and unloading areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity; Monitor entrances, gates, and vehicle traffic, verify authorized access when required, and document daily activities and security-related concerns in a timely manner; Maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication
