Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verifying credentials and/or permissions in accordance with site procedures while providing courteous assistance to the public.; Support daily operations by observing surroundings, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and assisting with crowd management, traffic direction, and/or visitor inquiries when appropriate.
