Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by following site-specific procedures, post orders, and emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related issues; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and assist with access control and incident response when appropriate; Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by reporting observed theft-related activity, assisting with investigations, and maintaining a visible armed presence in accordance with site policies and applicable requirements
