Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and activities according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and restricted areas, verify authorized access when required, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agencies regarding security-related concerns; Support crowd management, traffic flow, and public assistance efforts during busy periods, special events, and/or weather-related disruptions
