Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a utilities location; Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, and restricted access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and support vehicle and pedestrian screening processes in accordance with site policies; Support security-related operations during routine activities, outages, maintenance work, and emergency events, while maintaining professional communication and situational awareness
