Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity; Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and communicate observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership; Support retail operations by assisting with access control, closing procedures, crowd management, and/or other assigned security-related duties as needed
